Job Stuff
I'm a writer trapped in a social worker's career. Someone get me outta here.
I got a Master's Degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University in 2005. I've been wanting to give it back ever since. I'm a writer, and I suppose I always have been. I'm not sure what direction this blog will take, but it's a step in the write (awful joke alert) direction. In the next year, I hope to leave the life of a social worker far behind and come out the other side as the writer I always should have been.
Me Stuff
I live in Columbus, Ohio with my two weird little dogs. I love my city and the people in it. Right now I'm pretty happy.
Random list of things I love: Vespas, vintage motorcycles and motorcycle racing, men with beards, sushi, music, weekend mornings, weekend nights, bourbon, lengua/pad thai/banh mi, dive bars, fancy restaurants, craft beer, cheap wine, people with a great sense of humor and adventure and a daring attitude, Austin and Chicago, my two weird little dogs, snuggling, avocados, experimenting in the kitchen, living downtown, and writing.
